Denton Park Motel offers 10 spacious, quality, self-contained studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units, which are modern, comfortable, meticulously maintained and are serviced daily.
Each unit has comfortable super king-size and super single options and features high-tech Hush Glass sound proofing so guests can work in peace. Please note that beds can be split for 3 or more nights accommodation.
All units have a wall mounted 32" LED TV and the 1-bedroom units also have a wall mounted 26" LED TV in the bedroom, with a spa bath in the bathroom. The 2-bedroom units have a 26" wall mounted LED in each bedroom.
High-speed secure wireless internet access is available in all units.
All Denton Park Motel units are non smoking which includes the balconies and the whole motel complex including it's grounds have a no-pet policy.
Units have kitchenettes that include a microwave and a 2-burner hob as well as all utensils, along with full tea/coffee-making facilities.
Two of the studio units are access units and were rated as having "excellent access and facilities" when a mini audit was conducted by CCS Disability Action in May 2010.
Sky Digital TV (two sports and one movie channel) along with all Freeview channels is available in all units
Free local telephone calls.
Faxing and photocopying can be arranged.
Portacots and highchairs are available free of charge.
A guest laundry can also be accessed.

Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the arrival date and check-in time of 2.00pm. All bookings not cancelled by this time may have the first night's accommodation debited to a credit card account. Every effort will be made to re-book the room and if successful the room fee will be refunded.
Current credit card details may be asked for at the time of check-in for security purposes.
Check-out time is 10.00am or earlier unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any changes in a reservation will be treated as a new booking and any extension to a booking is subject to the rooms availability.
Earlier departure than was booked may result in a full charge for the room unless management approves and can re book the room.
Smoking. ALL UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE. THIS INCLUDES THE BALCONIES OUTSIDE THE UPSTAIRS UNITS. Please smoke outside well away from doors and windows. In the event of someone smoking in the room a specialist cleaning company will be consulted. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
All deliberate and reckless acts that result in damage to the property and any costs associated or lost income or recovery costs will be charged to the registered guest.
All accounts are payable on arrival. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.
